Our Process

A three-step winning combination

We usually receive the texts to be translated by email. Otherwise, texts are scanned on computer to create a bilingual electronic document that allows us to prepare lexicons  specific to each client.

Texts are first assigned according to the translator’s professional background to ensure a perfect understanding of the subject to be dealt with.

During the ongoing translation, the translator responsible is backed by a team of terminologists at all times, so as to guarantee the use of the right terminology.

Once the project is completed, it undergoes a revision process by a team of professional revisers.

Finally, the project is carefully read again to ensure the accuracy and consistency of grammar, spelling, terminology and format levels.

Every project enters the same multi-step process, and delivery is expected to include quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
